1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most pincodes across India. During checkout, you will be able to confirm if we deliver to your location. For products sold by our registered vendors, the shipping availability is determined by the service areas they have specified.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within **1-3 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method used. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Major Cities: 4-7 business days
- Tier-II and Tier-III cities: 5-10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical issues with our courier partners.
4. Shipping Costs
We strive to offer you the best shipping rates. Our current shipping cost structure is:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 is applied to all orders with a total value less than ₹500.
- Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of ₹500 or more are eligible for free shipping.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you make the payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking information and a link to track your package. You can also find the tracking details in the "My Orders" section of your account.
