How do I book a pandit or a puja service?
You can book a service by visiting the product details page for any pandit or puja. There, you will find a list of available dates and time slots. Simply select your preferred slot and click "Book Now" to add it to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.
Are the products sold on Panchtattva authentic?
Yes, authenticity is one of our core principles. We work directly with trusted artisans, suppliers, and vendors to ensure all our products, from puja samagri to idols and holy books, are genuine and of the highest quality.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship products across India. Shipping times may vary based on your location. We have a 7-day return policy for most physical products, provided they are returned in their original condition. Please note that services once booked cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How does the donation feature work?
You can donate to a cause by adding a "Donation Cause" product to your cart. 100% of the donation amount (after payment gateway charges) is transferred to the respective NGO or charity. We are committed to complete transparency in this process.
