At Panchtattva, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and bookings. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations for the various products and services offered on our platform.
1. Return Policy for Physical Products
We accept returns for physical products (e.g., puja items, idols, books) under the following conditions:
- You must initiate a return request within **7 days** of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@panchtattva.life with your order ID and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services
For booked services such as "Puja at Home," "Puja at Temple," and "Pandit Consultation," the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation by You:**
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled time: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time: A 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by Vendor/Panchtattva: In the rare event that we or our associated vendor must cancel a confirmed booking, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Donations made to NGOs or charitable causes.
- Tickets for religious events after the event date has passed.
- Digital products or content, once accessed or downloaded.
- Services that have already been rendered.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (for physical products) or your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
